Does not work
Even after turning off my internal web cam, the luna WILL NOT focus! You can't even come close to reading what is on the paper you're trying to project. What a waste of money!!

Did not work. Teacher's point of view: don't buy.
I have to use Zoom for my virtual teaching needs. This camera did not work for that purpose. I can't rotate the view unless using the program itself. The program opened, but did not work after the first time. Can't use it without twisting the neck as much as possible before it falls because of the imbalance.

Unreliable software, crashes crashes crashes

Not user friendly but can work with some effort
So this doc cam is very difficult to use, especially with a software disc for those who no longer have the port. With my PC it was a constant struggle to get the doc cam software to open. With my Mac, I couldn't get it to work at all. I downloaded IPEVO visualizer and it does work. Not sure if you can download this for a PC but highly recommended an alternative app to use the doc cam. Not the best quality and others are better for the same price for the quality but if you have it, this may help it to work.

Great camera for teachers-please read
I needed a cheap document camera for virtual learning. The negative reviews are correct in that the software does not download. However, you can just plug the camera into your computer and select it on zoom for demonstrations (bottom screen drop down menu under camera). This also works in Quick Time. The camera can be used for demonstrations and making movies-just what I needed. Simple and easy to use once you give up on the software!!!

This software does not .....
This is not the same software that is no the CD-ROM. This software includes user functions that do not function.

Technology not up to date
I am a teacher and bought this to use for distance learning. The only way to get the software is to use a CD. I don't know the last time I had a computer that was compatible with a CD. Technology out of day. Very disappointed.
