I bought it and used it until it was gone. I had never tried anything like this stuff. It was hard to get dissolved. It was ok. I didn't really like the way it tasted. But stuff that is usually good for you doesn't always taste good.

It does have good properties.

In the beginning I would have rated this a solid ! Loved the product and the quality. However, not too long ago the product arrived and it smelled so bad. It was very difficult to smell however, I tolerated because of what I was charged. It was at that time I developed a bad dislike towards it. And thought to myself I wouldn't buy it as much. It doesn't smell that bad now however, that incident smudged my use of it. I do believe it's ok.
