The best botanical I've built yet!
My wife purchased this lovely chrysanthemum for me as an early Christmas present. I previously purchased the large white blossomed orchid and the plum blossom. Both of those are amazing kits, but the chrysanthemum is by far my favorite in almost every category. The colors are wonderful. The beautiful sage and gold of the vase juxtaposed with the dark green of the foliage and stem crowned with the fiery yellows and oranges produces in my opinion the best of the four gentlemen produced by Lego. I would love to see a larger rendition. Excellent build. I prefer this vase Style in contrast to the plum blossom. Highly recommended!

Amazing
This is the second botanicals set I’ve gotten after 10344 Lucky Bamboo. It’s amazing. The last steps are a little tedious as it involves 36 bananas in total and it’s not that good on the back but overall it’s amazing.

Who Knew Bananas Could Be So Beautiful?
I absolutely love the dynamic and spiky appearances of the blooms themselves. The whole thing was relaxing and easy to build, and the banana elements used for the petals were whimsical. The gold elements that make up the flower pot really transform the piece from looking like a toy, to looking like an elegant model. I also like the size, as it fits into my bookshelf and does not take up a lot of space. The variety of orange and yellow elements make the flowers really "pop." The stems and branches are all quite sturdy and the blooms themselves were constructed in a clever way. The beauty, size, sturdiness, quick assembly and ease of building it may convince me to purchase the entire Four Gentlemen set, at least the plum blossom. I really had fun with this build and it did not feel like a difficult chore and take up tables of space to sort out all the pieces, as the larger adult sets do. Building the Chrysanthemum was a stress-free and truly fun and enjoyable experience. Keep these small, affordable, and beautiful to display adult sets coming, LEGO!
