Built twice doesn't work

I built it and it didn't roll, I reached out they told me it was the differentiator put in backwards. I inbuilt it and rebuilt it again making sure I'm very careful in getting it right. I finish for the second time and it still doesn't roll and they say sorry its still the differentiator. This is a crap product should of never been put on the market. Its just a display doesn't actually function for me. NO, I'm not gonna inbuilt and build it a third time. Lego should of made the differentiator easier.

Poor Design of Rear Axels

The rear axels don't lock into the gear box. They're only held in by the very end fitting into a small thin gear. It takes very little movement of or tension on the unsecured tire hubs at the other end to yank the axel out of the gear box. The little gears may even slip out when freed. I spent several hours trying to rectify this. Surely this was my mistake; a lifetime of enjoying Lego has taught me they don't put out shoddy design. ...right? I built the first set of bags and then completely disassembled it to find my error. I carefully scrutinized the directions and pieces and fits. Built and dismantled this portion of the model repeatedly. Nothing. It just doesn't fit well is all. This is my first bad experience with Lego. My disappointment kept me from continuing the build. Not sure I'll come back to it. What was supposed to have been an enjoyable and relaxing activity was just a costly exercise in frustration. It's kind of souring me on the brand a bit, ngl.

It's great, but...

I got this set at the end of 2023 and it was great build. The suspension is so high like an off-roader tho and other play functions are great and working without any problem to fix.

A Beautiful Balance of Display and Engineering

As a Technic fan, the Ford GT really surprised me. At this scale, you don’t always get both detail and sturdiness, but this set manages a great balance of the two. The proportions are spot-on — from the long, low hood to the iconic rear with its aerodynamic cutouts. It feels far more “filled in” than some other mid-size Technic cars, with relatively few gaps in the bodywork. The shaping of the front and rear ends especially captures the look of the real Ford GT in a way I didn’t expect at this size. The build process was satisfying: lots of clever techniques in how the panels are connected, and a smooth integration of the functions. The opening doors, adjustable spoiler, and detailed V6 engine make it feel alive, even if it’s more of a display piece than a play set. One thing I’ll note is that the doors can feel a little fragile compared to the rest of the model, but once it’s displayed, it holds together nicely. Speaking of display, the car looks fantastic on a shelf or wall-mounted next to other Technic supercars. Overall, this is one of the better Technic cars in this price range: detailed, sleek, and an enjoyable build. It may not reach the complexity of the UCS-scale cars, but it definitely looks like it belongs in the same family

A fun build

I bought this set for my personal LT ( Lego Therapy) until the next supercar becomes available. While I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a gearbox to build, I appreciated the engineering and the realistic features of the car.

Ford GT

Overall I liked it because it was detailed and intricate to a point, however was kinda annoying when I got to the last bag and one of the pieces was deformed. It had the whole or design cut in it but the plastic was as still in it making it not usable. Not to mention to get it replaced will take weeks and I’m in the navy and don’t necessarily have a mailing address at the moment or the time to wait for it.
