Very irresponsibly!!

This salesman, who has nothing to do with the seryde Macy’s, because he is a salesman who makes him the favor of promoting his products, is irresponsible, charge you the product you want to purchase, plus the shipment of course if you want safer, and NEVER send you what you buy, you get tired of writing him to know where your purchase is and don’t bother to answer your message. They are irresponsible, and a bad thing to stay, Macy’s should remove his products from the sale because they are really irresponsible. I'm not going to buy anything from this brand anymore. I've spent more than ten days trying to know what's going on with my purchase and I haven't had any answer from them. I had to contact Customer Services at Macy’s to get my money back and my purchase back. Don't let them fool, don't buy anything from them. Too bad they're so irresponsible for not giving them another rating.
