As a business, we purchased 3 of these laptops. We currently use Dell's, but are testing Lenovo as a replacement. One thing we have learned is that Lenovo should've never sold laptops with Snapdragons. Lenovo currently can't support issues with Snapdragon; for example Vantage does not work and the laptop doesn't think it has any drivers/hardware. Snapdragon itself is a great product. This issue is 100% related to Lenovo's compatibility. Lenovo did not take proper steps to ensure its laptops would work with these processors. I've had an open support ticket for this laptop for over a month and it is still not fixed. I asked our rep if we can swap them out for Intel counterparts and he has ghosted us. We want to give Lenovo our business, but it seems like they don't want it. Lenovo needs to make this right.

Drivers and Support issues
There were drivers issues with cannon printer and display driver. Reaching out to Lenovo support didn't help. They said I needed to create ticket with qualcomm. What is the point of having premium support when you cannot help out with issue. Display driver issue started happening after windows upgrade.

Love my lil ThinkBook!
Great laptop - compact and very lightweight! I would highly recommend this ThinkBook, especially for anyone torn between a tablet and a full size laptop. This one is easy to use while sitting in bed or on the couch, small enough for a carry-on bag for travel, and would be super for a first-timer! Great job, Lenovo!!!
