Very good - but a couple suggestions for Lenovo
Pros: Nice screen with nice brightness and colors. Built-in dock not only simplified office installations and cleaned up desks, the built in docks do not seem to have the issues of previous external docks. Oddly. My desk has two mounted on a stand that's clamped in a hole. USB-C cable routes through that and up a grommet hole and into my laptop on a vertical stand. Super clean - zero visible cables. No dock on the desk! Cons: The power button on the monitor kills the dock and all USB passthrough power. The 30 Gen has a few other options in the menu to disable the LED, etc. But if you power your monitor off - EVERYTHING goes off. Suggest they add a separate power button for the built-in dock. And allow USB power passthrough when the monitor is off.

Worth the investment.
It’s a great and solid monitor. The picture quality is better than what most monitors of similar size and resolution offer. The color accuracy is just what I expected.

Great 2k docking monitor - this is the one to get
- 2k is SO much better than 1080p without the overkill of 4k on multiple screens - DisplayPort pass-thru so you can connect a 2nd screen but still only 1 USB-C connection to the laptop - matching model without the USB-C dock so you can save $$ on the 2nd screen - great brightness and color accuracy for most users - love the height-adjustable stand with the slot for your phone or tablet - only 1 con - wish Lenovo had a magnetic or clip-on conferencing soundbar like Dell. (for desktop comptuers or when you keep your laptop closed at your desk)

Nice monitor but makes buzzing noise
Makes a buzzing noise unfortunately. Purchased two and they linked together easily, and had good picture, but buzzing noise in home office was really annoying. The buzzing would probably be inaudible if you are over 70 or in a noisy office environment. Had to send back unfortunately.
