What a surprise!

I was expecting something very delicate and light but found that this was a very sturdy well made, absolutely beautiful, ornament. Will be enjoying for year's to come.

Ornament never showed

This was a gift and I received emails stating a delivery date but my niece told me it never showed. Then Customer Service told me they would send a replacement but never did. I'm hoping I see a credit on my card soon. If I didn't follow up Macy's would have not let me know this didn't delivery nor would I see a refund

do not believe the 3 to 5 days delivery, my order has been in processing for 5 days. the virtual help is no help. if needed for a gift good luck.
