Poor packaging

The ornament itself is fine, but this item was shipped and the packaging had been cut completely through in several different places. I had to tape it. This doesn’t make a good presentation as a gift.

Missing ornament

Received the box to the ornament only. The actual ornament was completely missing. Macys employee opened the box and the stole the ornament and then shipped it out to me and Macys won't reship the item to me. Macys standards have completely changed. I would recommend ordering elsewhere.
