Disappointed in quality

We are incredibly disappointed with the quality of our ornament and the personalization. The paint job is shotty and since there is no way to preview the personalization the capital letter in our last name looks atrocious. If I would have known I would have not submitted the capital K. The 2025 on the bottom is off centered as well. We expected much better quality and are disappointed by the lack of response from Lenox regarding our order

Disappointed

I was disappointed that both ends of the box for this ornament were sliced. I was giving the ornament as a keepsake and would have liked the box to have arrived in pristine shape. The other ornament boxes arrived perfectly.
