poor quality control Lenox!!

what a disgrace. Lenox has always stood in my mind as having quality items. I can't tell you how many of the ornaments have FLAWS. Quality control doesn't exist. OR is Macy's selling SECONDS?? Two of them were so bad, when I went to wrap them - I threw them out and had to run for last minute gifts!
