Wrong item received

I wish I could actually review this beautiful snowman figurine, but I never received it. The one star is for Macy's packaging/shipping. Ordered multiple Lenox items as gifts; part of my order was cancelled and then instead of the snowman I received a wooden serving tray that I did not order. Very disappointed as the snowman is now sold out, leaving me short of a gift, and I have to take the time to return the serving tray. Or, perhaps I'll just have to give the serving tray as my gift! This is not the first time I have received incorrect merchandise from Macy's.

Beautiful Snowman!

I started collecting the yearly Lennox snowmen and Santa Clauses three years ago and I love them! They are made beautifully and packaged in nice boxes that keep them from breaking when being packed up at the end of the season. Each one is different but so pretty and whimsical. The sale price Macys offers every year makes them very affordable. I highly recommend them.
