Awful experience and customer service

I have no idea what the product is like. My review is for the absolute poor service I received. It’s too much to go into. However, the product arrived late to the store. I had 2 different text conversations with customer service. I got no useful or helpful information. It was a terrible experience. The product finally arrived at the store. I drove 40 minutes to my nearest store only to discover that they sent the wrong ornament. Thankfully I discovered this before I left the store. So, I returned it immediately and never got my item. Therefore, I had to rush to Dillard’s and get another engagement party gift. I’m very dissatisfied!
