cabin cookie jar

This is well made, larger than expected and is a perfect addition at our cabin. It is a beautiful piece and I plan to use it for display as well as hold items inside throughout the year. The Balsam Lane pattern is lovely.

Christmas in July ~ Balsam Lane Cookie Jar

I'm so happy with my Balsam Lane Cookie Jar ~ it was a Christmas in July gift to myself! It's just beautiful and reminds me of Gingerbread House. I plan to place it as a centerpiece on my table during the holidays along with my Lenox Gingerbread boy and girl figurines, or perhaps some real gingerbread cookies. The gold painted accents elevate it and give it rustic farmhouse-chic look. Wish the matching Balsam Lane plates and mugs were available! It's a lovely collection!

After Christmas Gift to Myself

I really love my new Balsam Lane cookie jar, especially when I compare it to the other ones on the market. It’s highly serviceable because it has lots of room for bagged snacks and such, plus the lid is tight enough to keep food fresh. Secondly the top fits perfectly and there are no gaps or accidents with loose fitting tops. Then the quality of the Lenox is superior to the others that it’s a very smart purchase you won’t regret. Also it’s a centerpiece for my dinner table but can fit in anywhere, the colors are subtle and neutral, not bright.

More than just for Christmas!

Love my new Lenox cookie jar! I don't know if I will ever actually have cookies in it, but it looks great on my counter. The back side doesn't have a Christmas tree on it, so I have turned it around so that I can leave it out all winter. Very well-made and painted with lovely details.
