Box is broken
The product is awesome, but don’t buy it at Macy’s if it is a gift. I bought this set as a gift for my friend. When picking up at stanford Macy’s, I found the box is severely teared in two places. Customer Service refused to replace it with another one, saying this is the only set at store. Apparently she was lying, as the website shows it is available for same-day in store pick up!

Expected the towels to be thicker. Not the best for drying yourself.
