Great Quality

POORLY PACKED. ARRIVED BROKEN

These mugs arrived broken. They were not packed well at all. I had also ordered 2 sets of the matching dinnerware and a set of bowls. Those arrived perfectly packed, padded with layers of shaped cardboard.
