Broken on arrival due to poor packaging

I am beyond frustrated with this purchase. I bought this item as a Christmas gift back in November, and since it was a present, it was only opened on Christmas Day. To our absolute heartbreak, the item was broken inside. The reason is clear: the packaging was completely inadequate for a fragile item. There was almost no protection, and it’s no surprise it didn’t survive the transit. When I contacted customer service, they simply hid behind their "30-day policy" and refused to help, ignoring the fact that it was a holiday gift and the damage was caused by their own poor packing. If you’re buying this as a gift or expect your items to arrive in one piece, look elsewhere. Terrible quality control and even worse customer support.

Bringing beauty and joy to the table

I have long admired the Lenox Butterfly Meadow pattern as it is so beautiful. As an old lady I could not justify replacing my dishes for prettier ones...yet when I saw this set on sale... I had to buy it for my granddaughter. It will bring her such joy now that she has graduated college and sets off on her own life adventure.
