Broken Glass
I received these glasses in a timely manner and they are quite beautiful. I ordered 2 sets of 4 glasses each. Unfortunately one glass in one box arrived broken. I did not open the boxes. until Christmas day when we had company and need to use them. I went ahead and used the 7 unbroken glasses, so I am unable to return the box witht the broken glass. Otherwise, I really like the glasses.
Great quality
Great quality. Sadly they arrived damaged and had to be returned. I’m not always satisfied with how long delivery takes with Macys but customer service was helpful to work with for a refund.

Damaged Items Received – Customer Service Follow-U
The glassware itself was good; however, I contacted customer service twice to report that the package arrived with broken glasses. I shared both photos and videos as requested, but I have not received a response.

Terrible, 1 glass was missing out of an 8 piece (set) order!!! The Etched painting was missing on 2 of the glasses!!! Not even worth the discounted price!!!
Beautiful design bad glass quality
I recently purchased a set of the butterfly stemless wine glasses. I hand washed them only to discover that the glass was full of defects. There are permanent marks, smudges, scratches and even a few finger prints. I cannot use them with friends and family since they’ll think they’re dirty and uncared glasses. I’ve been a Lenox fan for over 10 years, and never had any issues with my collections. This time around, I’m disappointed and no longer trust the quality and manufacturing practices.

Beautiful design but glass full of flaws
I fell in love with the design of these stemless glasses. I hand washed them and realized that the smudges on the glass were permanent. This must be a manufacturer’s mistake. I will be embarrassed to use these glasses with company since the permanent smudges and finger prints make them look dirty and uncared for! Lenox quality control needs a check up.

It's beautiful the glasses but the only problem is when I open the box one glass is broken,I called Macy's and there are sending me replacement.
