Cute! Love Snoopy. Macy's ... not so much.

Macy's is adding insult to injury for sending me an email asking me to review an item I never received. When I can finally get through to a human at their customer service, I get inaccurate information. I initially got a UPS delivery notice for April 10. Never arrived. Customer service promised "by the 13th". No show again. This time they said "the 17th". No tracking info and UPS has no record of it. I've wasted my time and money here for the last time.
