Balloon ornaments

The ornaments are very nice but the boxes were dusty and damaged. Disappointing when I was gifting them. One is broken and missing a chain. It appears these were returned and resent to me?

Due to poor packaging from Lenox as well as Macy’s, I ordered this twice and both times they were delivered broken. I gave up until I can find it at the store.

Beauty, but broken!

The ornament is lovely, but was not packaged to protect it by Macy’s. It arrived broken. It was placed in a box larger than the Lenox box and no tissue, no bubble wrap, allowing it to move around in the box. However, Customer Service has ordered a new one for me- I am hoping it is packaged better and doesn’t arrive broken.

Absolutely beautiful

I must admit I am biased towards Lenox ornaments, but this one is even more spectacular than one's I have, and do, love! This one's a gift for my sister-in-law, but I'm seriously considering order one for myself!
