Lenox quality not what it once was

I was so disappointed when I received this. I've quit purchasing Grinch ornaments because the quality of his face (and on Tinkerbell too for that matter) is not what it used to be, the older ornaments are so much better. Apparently this applies to figurines as well. Her face looks like something a child would have done. Come on Lenox, do better. You're capitalizing on the success of your spice village but your pushing out junk you should be ashamed of.

Here it is December 24, 2025, yes Christmas eve, Macy's sent email SAYING what was purchased will arrive on December 16, 2025, NOT, NOT, NOT. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING. NO PHOTO, BECAUSE NOT ITEM.
