i buy a couple of these pieces a year for my wife. i almost have the whole set and will probably complete it this christmas. some are musical and some light up but they're all great!

Lenox Mistletoe Village
Outstanding, beautiful scene. Each piece is detailed to compliment each other. Together, they are the quintessential Christmas village. Mistletoe decorates each piece to match perfectly. lighted from within with batteries, so it can be displayed anywhere. 24 karat gold trim finishes each piece and ties it all together, no matter how you set it up. Very pleasing, many compliments on this set. It is truly beautiful.
Beautiful - and Macy's customer service was great
The first order I received was broken. It didn't look broken initially, but it would not wind-up. I sent Macy's a note, and they immediately sent a replacement. When I received the replacement I could clearly see the difference. The original I received sat flush on the base, where as the replacement was raised up above the base so it could spin. I'm not sure what had happened to the original, but I understand why it missed inspection. The replacement, however, is perfect. Beautiful detail – music sounds great. It goes great with the other items in the collection. I'm impressed by the item and even more impressed with the customer service.
