Check the underside of your plates

Unfortunately will be returning these plates due to fine chips and rough finished bottom plate rims. If stacking dishes on top of each other, without protection, surface scratches may appear. I'm certain this was just a one in a million error on the part of Lenox

Broken on arrival due to poor packaging

I am beyond frustrated with this purchase. I bought this item as a Christmas gift back in November, and since it was a present, it was only opened on Christmas Day. To our absolute heartbreak, the item was broken inside. The reason is clear: the packaging was completely inadequate for a fragile item. There was almost no protection, and it’s no surprise it didn’t survive the transit. When I contacted customer service, they simply hid behind their "30-day policy" and refused to help, ignoring the fact that it was a holiday gift and the damage was caused by their own poor packing. If you’re buying this as a gift or expect your items to arrive in one piece, look elsewhere. Terrible quality control and even worse customer support.

Bringing beauty and joy to the table

I have long admired the Lenox Butterfly Meadow pattern as it is so beautiful. As an old lady I could not justify replacing my dishes for prettier ones...yet when I saw this set on sale... I had to buy it for my granddaughter. It will bring her such joy now that she has graduated college and sets off on her own life adventure.

Don’t bother lid doesn’t stay on

Poor quality! First of all kid didn’t stay on, it doesn’t come with a silicone antislip sleeve like other brands do. So the double ceramic technology still will let a lot of warmth out and you can still get burned.
