Bad experience with Accent Plate, defective!

I love this collection. I bought all my china Open Innocence Carved at Macy's. But I had a bad experience buying the Accent dish. My husband broke one and I tried twice to buy one. Both times I received second kind defective dishes so I returned them. Macy's should get a better quality control personnel

This pattern is beautiful, classic, and microwave and dishwasher safe. I’m very happy with it and have received so many compliments!

Beautifully, Quality Dinnerware

I purchased the Opal Innocence Dinner & Accent plates last month, finally investing in a neutral color and style that will work for all holidays regardless of table linens or other decor. They are PERFECT! Excellent quality, neutral color, well priced, and beautiful - I could not be more pleased with our holiday table!

Love it

Using this as my fine china set got it as wedding gifts. It ornate enough to be my fine china but also modest enough to be used in less formal events. But mostly affordable enough that I can purchase the missing the pieces myself.
