Low quality and bad customer service

I found totally smashed and broken glasses when I opened a box. Little broken pieces of glasses fell off from the box, and I had to clean my floor! Although I sent a picture of it, their response was "RETURN THE DAMAGED ITEMS AND THEN YOU WILL RECEIVE REFUND" Who keeps totally smashed cups to return? Honestly There are many noticeable white dust in the most of glasses, and of course it is not removable. It gives dirty looking.

Great cocktail glass!!

There's such a thing as too large of a whiskey glass, and certainly such thing as too small. This glass is perfect! Great hand-feel and weight, very stylish. Particularly for those into whiskey and craft cocktails, this glass really adds to the experience.

Beautiful

I purchased these as a gift, and they are beautiful! They were very heavy and the cut glass is just gorgeous. The gift was received with joy and praise. I bought these on a mega sale - but they are worth the asking price! If we didn't have so many cabinets full of glasses, I would have purchased some for us too, after seeing the beautiful quality.
