HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Never received this product. Even though tracking indicates returned to Macys, I cannot get anyone to issue a refund. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE BY ANY MEANS IF CONTACT.
