Beautiful, but mine leaked!

The piece is stunning and looked gorgeous in my dining room. However, the first time I went to use it for water, it started leaking all over the place from where the spout connects to the ceramic. It just didn't seem to be a tight fit to hold the liquid in. I ended up returning it for an all glass dispenser.

For cold beverages only!

I bought this thinking it would be great to serve coffee in, but after receiving the item I discovered it is for cold beverages only, and not suitable for hot beverages. That should have been included in the item title and/or description as to not waste my time returning the item. I already have cold beverage dispensers so I will be returning these. Other than the fact that they do not hold hot beverages, the item itself is very pretty and the great Lenox quality I love.
