pretty, perfect size..but..

This is a very pretty cake plate (of course! It is Lenox) and is the exact size I was looking for. I bought it to stay on my kitchen counter to display cakes and pastries. The one big reservation I have is the dome slides around easily on the ceramic stand. To move it, even a little bit, you must hold onto both the dome and the stand. I wish there was a groove or some type of rim that would keep it in place a little better. I am considering returning it.

Not for me

I really wanted to love this, but the handle is a bit off-center, there’s a bubble in the glass, and the top does not sit flush against the bottom because of all the designs in the bottom. It’s also easy to knock the top off as a base. Will be returning.
