Cute but arrived damaged

I ordered 2 of these items, one as a gift. They arrived in a box with no additional protection than the Lenox boxes. Both items were broken, pieces were rattling in the box even before opening them. Once I opened the box, I could tell it they were returned items because the boxes were torn. Pieces of Max, Cindy Lou, and the Grinch were scattered within the boxes. Please be aware that if you order this item, you may be receiving a damaged return. Luckily customer service was great with handling this situation and getting a refund.

Used and broken

Good price. It arrived “clinking” - never a good sign. The Lennox box was not properly secured in shipping box. Opened and the wrapping around figurine was obviously used. Many pieces broken inside. I never even lifted it out of the box - what was the point. Shipping back and they are out of stock. Disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend shipping it. Cute product otherwise

What can I say about Lenox Christmas. This Grinch tree is beautiful. It is exactly as pictured. The lights are subtle, not glaring. Just lovely, overall.
