FINALLY! Awesome...

after 3 times, then being canceled, then price raised all 3 times, FINALLY 4th time I got a baby Yoda cookie not, for double the price it started out, BUT I FINALLY GOT IT AND I LOVE IT. I don't think it was all done right and I'm surprised at Macy's doing a customer that way, but I'm thrilled I got it. AWESOME!!!

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

I placed an order on Dec. 7th. On Dec 9th my daughter called me with a new address. I called Macy's customer service for the change of address immediately. The representative had to process a cancellation because the gift was being shipped by a third party and he was unable to change the shipping destination. I received 2 emails from Macy's advising "Address Change", so I thought the situation was resolved. To my surprise I also receive a UPS tracking number. The third party shipped anyway amidst the cancellation processed by the Macy's rep. I called UPS to intercept the package but they could not help because I needed the account number from the sender LENOX. UPS delivered to a wrong address, my daughter never received her gift, and I have not yet received my refund. I will never order from Macy's again. I lost my money and I lost the gift.
