Worst Customer Service EVER

These dishes were sent completely shattered and I was told to dispose of them and would be sent a new set. After months of them telling me they were being resent, they now are telling me I have to pay for them and will not replace them. Macys has completely lied and will not replace the set. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had dealing with a company.
