Macy’s has poor packaging, not properly done.

I bought two sets of the Lennox tartan plates. One of the 8 plates came broken in many, many little pieces!, I just threw the broken pieces away, and I kept the 7 other plates that were OK. Poor packaging, looked like it had been a reuse box. Very disappointed with Macy’s ability to mail the Lennox Tartan plates to me safely.😢
