I was robbed

worst customer service I have dealt with. After purchasing 2 tablecloths only one was delivered. I inquired to customer service online and it was decided they would not refund or ship the missing item and they no longer want to do business with us any longer. I went in person to the Macy's near me and they reordered it and it has yet to arrived. They deceived me and I will no longer do business with them. No wonder they are closing many stores.
