Disappointed in delivery

This is the third time I have bought a gift for a bride and the gift note was not added. I have purchased 3 different picture frames for three different people in the past year and a half. All three times the person did not get a note saying who it was from. It is embarrassing to have to ask if they received my gift. Please advise what I am doing wrong or where the problem is.

Beautiful but tarnish fairly quickly

Bought these for our wedding and they are gorgeous! Look great in the cake cutting pictures. However, after only a year or so the handles on both of them are discolored. I don't believe this was through any fault of my own 🤣
