Very nice

However, it took more than 10 days to get it. Usually, it took a week or less. I have to call several time because there was no update. I wish the item a little bigger to match with every Lenox that I have.

Never received the item

Customer service is not helpful. Item never shipped 8 days since the day I purchased. Customer service using a script to apologize but didn’t give the answer. That was a human being, not the automated response.

Not cute at all but cheap looking. I thought that when I saw it online but the reviews were so good I decided to buy it. This could have been a nice addition to my collection but the quality was not there. Returned.
