LATE

I needed this for Christmas and you failed me. I ordered this on December 6 and you said it would be here on the December 21 but it never arrived. I wish you would have informed me that it wasn't coming so I could order something else. Disappointed because this wasn't the only thing this year that was late and missed the time I needed it. Need a better plan.
