Received broken

I ordered two of these ornaments for Christmas gifts and both arrived broken. They are beautiful but unfortunately will be returned.

Beautiful!

The ornament itself is beautiful and well made. I hope lenox continues to make new ones each year. I am a little disappointed by the condition of the box I received. It was cut up on most sides and barely stays closed. I'll tape it so I can use it for storage after the season but it is like a collector piece so I would have liked a nice box as well.
