No Replacement for Broken Item
I would have loved it if it hadn’t come broken in about 20 pieces. Yes, I was refunded my money, but I asked to have another one sent to me instead. The person I spoke with said I would get another one sent to me, but instead they refunded my money. Noticed later on-line that I would have to pay the current price to get another one when an item comes damaged. The price went up and would have had to pay the higher price. Ended up buying it somewhere else.

shipping of lenox snoopy creche
Please do not put fragile on a box! They tear it up! This was my first order, and I am so upset the way the box was. I hope item is ok because it is a gift. These are pictures of the box that arrived. The inside is another box with the item. The only packing around the inside of the box was smashed with no air bubble paper. It was the worse shipment I have ever got. I am worried because there are 3 more boxes due that are lenox piece.
