Very unhappy

I ordered 8 of theses napkins and sent them to someone for a Christmas present. I paid extra to have it gift wrapped. They only sent 4 and the picture shows how they wrapped it horribly. I was so embarrassed and they were embarrassed to tell me but I’m glad they did. They were not impressed and asked me where I got them. This is making me think I’m going to cross Macy’s off my list of places to shop unless they can really impressed me somehow. It’s not the Macy’s I used to shop
