Crushed Dreams

I was very disappointed to receive this item in broken condition. The alleged Snoopy, Woodstock, and Tree are not standing in the globe, but are broken over to the side.

Exactly what you see.

The product is exactly like it looked. I thought it played "Joy to the World" though. It's ok that it doesn't. I love Lenox items. They are true quality.

Disappointed

Opened for Christmas, inside of styrofoam was damp. Snow globe has a large bubble at the top. It has an obvious leak. I had to wait two weeks due to shipping and now I will have to bring it back to the store to be returned.
