liked but damaged

got the ornament, who ever put it in the box new it was damaged the window was busted and ornament was broke with no pieces in the box. this was a Christmas present so i gave it any way , and now you are out and i cant get another one, very disappointed, as far as shopping i had no issues, shipping box was not damaged!

Damaged

Cute but came broken. Packed in a large box without anything to protect it from bouncing around and it was broken when it arrived. Waiting for a replacement but have to make an extra trip to return it. That’s a hassle and inconvenience. Rated low because of the careless handling.
