Damaged

Cute but came broken. Packed in a large box without anything to protect it from bouncing around and it was broken when it arrived. Waiting for a replacement but have to make an extra trip to return it. That’s a hassle and inconvenience. Rated low because of the careless handling.

Shattered

I was so excited to receive this ornament. Unfortunately, the one I got was shattered into pieces. The ornament box was torn and looked like it was old. The ornament itself was broken in multiple places. One piece wasn't in any part of the box. It looks like I was sent a damaged ornament box with a broken ornament because everything else in the box from my order was in perfect shape. I love Lenox ornaments but very disappointed on the one that Macy's shipped to me and the lack of protection for a breakable item.
