Blood and All

One of the dishwasher safe bowls broke in the dishwasher. to return it was more of a hassle so I let it go. they wouldn't accept a picture as proof. being disabled and having my assistant return it it would cost me more. When the 2nd one broke (in my hand when I picked it up and cut my thumb pretty badly) I thought this is not ok and contacted customer service.They said I am passed the return window and they would only refund if they were damaged from shipping. 2out of 4 I bought broke within 4 month period, not from me dropping them either. really disappointed
