The mugs came damaged

One of them came broken and one of them came chipped, almost broken. The mugs come in a box but it has no cushioning between mugs other than thin carboard paper. I read couple reviews with the same issue but hoped for the best. Well, they haven't fixed the package issues. It is unfortunate because the mugs itself are nice.

cups

The cups came to me in a box labeled fragile but had the side torn and 1cup was broken and a second one was cracked. I purchase online because of lack of time. So, don't buy fragile items from here because you can't guarantee that they will arrive in good shape
