Beautiful glasses, horrible packaging

These martini glasses look amazing, no doubt about it. What isn't too neat is how they are packaged inside the Lenox box. Macy's wrapped my order in lots of bubble wrap and placed it in a large box, but the glasses within the Lenox box are just wrapped in tissue paper, so one of the glasses was cracked at the stem. Thankfully individual replacement glasses are easy to find online, since I'm not trying my luck a second time.

Beautiful, but….

These are beautiful, but Macys doesn’t properly prepare these for shipment. My first package arrived with broken glasses. There was no bubble wrap, and no fragile label on the box. After reaching out to customer support, they sent out another package, which again, arrived with one broken glass, even after the customer service agent noted for them to have a fragile sticker added to the box for shipment. They didn’t add bubble wrap or anything to protect the box. Save yourself the trouble and just pick these up in the store if they have them available, because I’m very annoyed.
