Ordered online and never received

Never received these mugs. Somehow Macy’s online returned them before I even received them. Not fair Macy’s. Very poor customer service

Love the brilliant looking details

I am very pleased with the Lenox Winter Greeting Cardinal Mr. & Mrs. Mug Set. They look even better in person than described when ordering. Good size mugs, love the handles, and the brilliant colors displayed on each side of the mug. It will be a great gift for my newlywed relatives during this holiday season.

Poor quality

I returned immediately after pick up from store. The red cardinals look like personalized the photos on your coffee mug. Not good quality.
