Improper Package Prep for Shipping

I would have loved to have had this China set for the Christmas holiday. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. The box that China was contained in was not properly packed for shipment. The shipping box did not have proper packing materials around the box containing the China. Very disappointing.

Exquisite!

Perfect weight, excellent artwork, beautiful place setting. I've never seen a more beautiful set. The completer pieces are equally vivid and will make your holiday meal the best! The coffee mugs are a perfect size. Definitely the family dinnerware set to inherit.
