Poor results

Ordered on 10/12/25. Have never received. Contacted Macys support 3 times. I was told I had to contact the vendor Adore Me since it was not sold by Macys. When I place an order from Macys I expect Macys to be responsible for seeing that it is shipped or cancelled when not received. Not a good look for a retailer in todays market place.
