High waist looks dumb

I thought these would be the cut off shorts from my memories of the old days. I think even in the 90s we didn't wear such high waisted shorts. Well, we did when we were looking like mom-jeans-wearing nerds, but not for the Daisy Duke look. I will look for shorts that sit lower on the hip.
