Never got this

I ordered months ago. I have owned these jeans previously and knew I wanted them again. They’re comfy fwiw. I got a delivery issue notification and honestly assumed that Macy’s would reach out to address the issue. Nope. Just flagging that I suppose sometimes you just get nothing at all when you order online.

incorrect size

I ordered these in the exact size that I needed. They came in a 30 length which is described as short, not as 32 length which the description said was regular length. The options were 32 and 32L. Long was described as 34 length. I was afraid to re-order the 32L for fear that they would be long/34 length. Such a disappointment, as well as a hassle to return. I would recommend the jeans, but not without specifying the length so you know what you are getting.

Wrong size delivered on 4 PAIRS

What is wrong with macys fulfillment?? Both my orders say L for long (34) per your website and both times you delivered 32 lengths. Unusable back two more go. No point in ordering them because she won't fulfill them right and you don't carry them in the store.

My 2nd pair. I love these black jeans, they are so soft and comfortable, waist is HIGH, and just enough stretch.
