Very strong chemical smell. Cannot be worn

These jeans have such a strong chemical smell that they cannot be worn. Return window has passed so I removed the tag and washed them. The smell is even stronger now! I do not recommend these jeans. Very disappointed as I am usually satisfied with the fit and quality of Levi's.

Decent purchase

These jeans are super soft with a nice amount of stretch, making them really comfortable to wear all day. I ordered a 29", and while the fit is generally good, the waist was slightly looser than I’d prefer — nothing a belt can’t fix, though I might try a 28" next time. One thing to note: mine came with a thick, dark blue strip down both sides, almost like they were folded when the wash was applied. It could be a one-off, but it’s not my favorite detail. Overall, they’re a solid pair for comfort and feel, just not totally sold on the wash.
